More Than Halfway Through the Season!

It's hard to believe, but we are already more than halfway through another Trident Swim & Dive season! We are incredibly proud of everything our swimmers, divers, coaches, volunteers, and families have accomplished so far.

With just a few regular season meets remaining, we're beginning to look ahead to the ABE League Championship Series. There is still plenty of swimming and diving left, but now is a great time to start preparing for the exciting weeks ahead.

Championship Schedule

• July 16 – Diving Showcase at Trident
• July 18 – Silver Swim Championships at Alburtis Community Pool
• July 22 – Diving Championships at Lehigh Country Club
• July 24-25 – Swimming Championships at Trident

Championship Merchandise Pre-Order Deadline July 1.

Championship Series apparel, personalized athlete yard signs are available to order through July 1st at $15 per T-shirt and $30 per sweatshirt. 

The Champs apparel is for all events in the Championship Series including Silvers!  We want to celebrate all our athletes!

Thank you to everyone who has already placed an order. We look forward to celebrating an incredible Championship Series with all of our Trident families!

Weekly Highlights

Trident had another fantastic week in the pool, hosting Orchard View and Lehigh Country Club for our first two home meets of the season.

Our swimmers showed tremendous effort, determination, and sportsmanship throughout both competitions. Against Orchard View, one of the ABE League's strongest teams, Trident battled until the final relay in an exciting meet. We followed that performance with a strong team victory over Lehigh Country Club.

Congratulations to all of our swimmers and divers! Remember to review the attached meet results with your swimmer, celebrate improvements, and encourage them to continue chasing personal bests. Every meet is another opportunity to learn, improve, and grow.

Team Updates

Family Night at Our Final Home Meet

This Tuesday, Trident will host Stonecrest Swim Club for our final home meet before the Championship Series.

Coach Steve has planned a special Family Night, pairing siblings and cousins together in relay events whenever possible. Every swimmer will have the opportunity to participate in a relay, making it a fun evening for the entire team.

Bring your family, your loudest cheers, and your camera as we celebrate another exciting night of Trident swimming. We hope to see everyone there as we cheer on our swimmers and close out our home meet season together!

Meet Declarations & RSVPs

If you have not already done so, please complete your meet declaration in SwimTopia for Tuesday's meet against Stonecrest. Timely RSVPs help Coach Steve and Coach Chrissy build lineups and ensure every athlete has the opportunity to compete.

Team Support Updates

As we pass the halfway point of the season, we would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of our Trident families who have volunteered their time to support our meets.

Because of your willingness to step up and help, our season has been running smoothly, our meets have been well organized, and our swimmers have been able to enjoy a great experience in and out of the pool. We truly appreciate everyone who has already completed Team Support jobs this season.

Team Support Opportunities

Our final home meet before Championships is this Tuesday against Stonecrest, and we still have a few Team Support positions available:

• 1 Event Line-Up Helper
• 1 Finish Judge
• 2 Snack Bar Order Prep
• 1 Timer

Looking Ahead to Championships

As a reminder:

• Championship Series Team Support jobs are worth 2 points each, compared to 1 point for regular season meet positions.
• Championship Series Set Up, Reset, and Breakdown positions are excellent opportunities to earn Team Support points while still allowing you to enjoy the Championship meet and cheer on our swimmers.
