Trident Swim & Dive Team

Your family must have a Club membership to participate in either the Swim Team or the Lesson program.

• Daily practice is encouraged for all swimmers, as this will greatly enhance improvement.
• Swimmers may practice with their year-round club team and swim Trident meets.
• Please make sure your swimmer arrives promptly and eager to improve.
• Swimmers will be expected to maintain a positive attitude and a yearn to learn. Their coachability and determination to succeed will be a key ingredient to success, no matter their level.
• We will hold practice through a light rain. If we need to cancel, we will post a message on our website or send out an email/notification.
• Group placements will be determined by the coaches on the first few days of in-water practice. Movement within groups during the season may be possible as swimmers improve and acclimate back to the pool, but will be at the coaches’ discretion and based on skill/performance.
