Trident Swim & Dive Team

• We require a competitive style swimsuit for all our team members. T-shirts and board shorts make learning to swim more difficult.
• A pair of well fitting goggles that do not go over the nose.
  • Goggles such as Speedo Vanquishers work well for almost all faces.
• A swim cap that covers long hair that would enter the swimmer's eyes or mouth
  • Any swimmer with long hair is expected to wear a cap for practice.
  • Swim caps are encouraged for all swimmers.
  • Trident latex caps available for $5.
• Water bottle with swimmer's name
• Optional: please consider purchasing a pair of fins, which are used by competitive swimmers.

Please mark all equipment and gear with your swimmer's name and consider a bag for transportation.
